Hedge badly overgrown preventing Pedestrians walking safely with Children

The sloping Hedge outside Boston Court flats in Brownhill Road, Chandler's Ford, slopes to such a degree that it is not possible for an adult and young child to walk side by side without walking on very muddy grass verge. This was reported in September but no action has resulted..
