4 potholes on The Forties.

Four potholes have opened up on the Forties, Off Church Road Great Milton.

One is large and the stones are hitting our kitchen window.

  • 28/04/2025 - holes still in road. Large hole getting deeper and causing the house to vibrate when heavy vehicles go over them.

  • 16/05/2025, all the holes are getting larger, no evidence of action being taken.

    Cyclists now having to shout to each other when coming down the hill so they don't crash and fall off.

    House shaking everytime someone drive over the potholes.

  • Pot holes still not repaired.

  • I have visited the site at request of the parish council and residents. The holes are worse than when reported and are now potentially life threatening for a cyclist as they would be hard to see if coming down the hill. This is a popular route for cyclists and is well used as a cut-through by staff at Le Manoir.
