Over hanging trees over private property

Hi

I hope you can help as there are over hanging tree branches which are broken and have fallen onto residential garages that belong to Weldon & Bydon court coming over from the highlands village development.

Please can these be made safe cut back as this is a health and safety issue and residents at Weldon court are concerned.

I look forward to an update regarding this matter
