Road lane markings on A329 from Oracle up-slip road across the IDR junction towards Caversham IDR/Bath road A4/A33 are very faded. Cars on inside lane (marked A4 slip) often get in wrong lane and cut drivers up moving across to go down IDR/Caversham road. Lane markings and direction arrows need repainting.
