Road literally breaking up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7130692.

Too many defects to list. Drain cover sticking up and road surface getting worse by the day. This road is beyond repair and requires urgently resurfacing, You can't see the holes in the dark. No white lines all gone etc. Road edges crumbling and holes everywhere. Multiple reports from frustrated motorists.
