  • Thank you for this update. I can see from your recent photo that we have made this safe with a footplate and cone and we have determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. Additionally, we have initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company, urging them to address the issue promptly as high priority to replace the cover. We appreciate your update which will assist us to get this issue resolved. Regards
