Numerous potholes and large surface issues

There are numerous potholes and large areas where the surface has now come away. I assumed they were being fixed with the 5 day response on the other reports but it seems only 1 pothole was patch in that ‘repair’. This is not the place for cars to be swerving blindly to try and avoid potholes and has already nearly caused numerous accidents
