Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7126279.

Cars parking illegally on grass verge adjacent to the footpath have caused huge muddy divots that have splurged out onto the footpath, making it impossible for wheelchair users to use safely. The footpath has become much narrowed.
