Double yellow parking

End of no-through road, people are parking on double yellow lines and often double parking, resulting in difficulty for residents to park as well as council services not being able to do work (ie. Collect bins). This issue has been present since moving to the area last year, and there has only ever been one instance of a parking enforcement officer visiting the area. This street is in the middle of Glasgow city centre, so visits from these officers should surely not be an issue.
