Request for grit bin

This is a request for a grit bin on Church Street in Macclesfield. Although there is a black grit bin in situ, it does not belong to either Cheshire East or Macclesfield Town Council and is therefore not filled by CEH. I believe that the criteria for a grit bin in this location are met based on the gradient of the street and the cobbled surface. No one seems to know who installed the current black grit bin. Its location should be used for a replacement bin, or use the existing one if possible. Thanks.
