Damaged bollard at end of cycle path/footpath

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7125143.

The bollard was knocked down several months ago and the plastic stump still stands proud of the surface. A 1m cone has been placed over the stump and this remains in situ. This cone has been repeatedly knocked over or moved revealing the plastic stump. As the neighbouring householder I am repeatedly replacing the cone, once collecting it from the other side of the toucan crossing. The bollard need replacing and not just covering with a cone as this is not working and is highly likely to result in a trip and fall over the stump
