Sewer Cover Clanking/Sinking

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7122590.

The sewer cover is fairly sunken, the metal cover is almost sliding bouncing and clanking around as vehicles drive over it, the surrounding tarmac is also forming a pothole. Please fix.
