Failed road surface and potholes

Along Peppard Road from Kennylands to Peppard Building Supplies the road surface has failed cause danger of skidding on loose surface and reducing breaking distances. 15-20 potholes along the road and vehicles are swerving on to oncoming traffic to avoid. Very busy road so not safe to stop and take photographs.
