Rotating cones not working in both directions when crossing anchor road from/to College Green. Please review. Also, crossing box as you go uphill is located some distance back from the roadside, making the crossing longer and more difficult to orientate to crossing direction for those with a visual impairment. Please could somebody review to fix the cones and move the crossing post to the roadside.
