Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7121067.

Castle Street parking meters not working. It is unfair to force people to use an app to pay for parking when the 3rd party app adds additional service charges. Why are so many parking meters out of order around Reading? Something doesn’t seem right.
