A hole has developed over recent weeks and is now deep enough to cause damage and/or injury to vehicles or motorcyclists/cyclists.

This is getting worse. It is now full of water so difficult to see. It looks deep and needs to be fixed. There will be an accident.

I passed this today and fortunately didn’t put a wheel into it as it looks really deep with sharp edges.
