Not just him lots are causing bottlenecks

They are parking on a raised cured in the pavement, but the van leans into the road , so only one lane of traffic can get through , buses , double deckers are struggling to get past . The van I knew to parking there , there are two other cars that cause terrible issues because they do t want to walk 100 yards !
