VERY deep pothole on the edge of the road side which when hit burst my car tyre

This pit hole is VERY dangerous as it cannot easily be seen and swerving to avoid it suddenly in such a narrow road takes a car into the path of oncoming cars ! Hitting it has already caused severe damage to my car ! It is appx 4-6" deep
