Blocked Drains. Flooding and Road Debris

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7119116.

This flooding has still not been addressed. There is now dangerous debris on the road . Placing flood signs does not negate the need for action . Does there need to be a serious accident before any action will be taken to clear this road ?
