43 Gravel Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 6LS

Reported via iOS in the Hedge/Tree Maintenance category by Chris McCarthy at 11:55, Tue 11 February 2025

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7117471.

There are 2 trees on the road side which are dangerously overgrown. This is very near to ASHDENE Primary School and many parents and children walk past these trees daily. The trees desperately need pollarding. I am constantly having to clear twigs and small branches and it’s only a matter of time until a bigger branch comes down and as it’s so close to the school I’m worried it could hurt someone.

  • A council appointed contractor came out to look and said they're not dangerous. Please can someone advise how we go about getting them reduced in height and tidied up? Thanks
