Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7116347.

Looks as if no 43 are housing lots of single men ,they are out in road smoking and noisy.also lots of rubbish in the back and front garden.it is let out,there was a family with 2 children there but now don't seem to be there ,all neighbours report is seeing lots of men coming and going.
