Vans, cars are parking too close to this bend - I nearly had a head-on collision this morning. Someone coming other direction driving too fast and without thinking about possible obstructions. Driving towards village, you just cannot see around this bend if someone parked badly. This is not the first time I have had a near miss. Very worried about it.
The installation of formal waiting restrictions require the implementation of a ‘Traffic Regulation Order’, this involves a long and expensive legal process including public consultation. I am sure that you are aware of the financial difficulty of both local and national government. This means we have to make some difficult decisions to ensure the greatest benefit for all the residents of Oxfordshire, I regret tha we would not be able to fund such a scheme at this time. If vehicles are parked in a dangerous manner they are committing an offence and should thereofre be reported to Thames Valley Police.
