Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7113733.

Kinsgley road cycle lane – particularly on the east side (i.e. heading south) – has extraordinary quantities of broken glass strewn in it. It is such quantity that is appears to be deliberate sabotage to cycle users rather than accidental.
