This vehicle has been parked in the same spot for several days in St Johns Road, Locks Heath. It has no number plate on the front of the vehicle and something is hanging down from underneath the van at the front. It is parked almost opposite Deacon Road and causes a hazard when turning right out of Deacon Road into St Johns Road. The vehicle is old and looks unroadworthy.
