Bridge over the River Dane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7111944.

Temporary traffic lights are off in both directions. The road is high speed and there is potential for a head on collision. Have tried calling CE highways but the call keeps disconnecting.
