White line on junction very faded cars ignoring right of way

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7110690.

The white give way line on the junction with northfield road and northfield Avenue are very faded. Traffic driving to the businesses at the end of Northfield road does not observe the right of way to traffic coming down Northfield road. Several near misses already. Does it need to be a serious accident to get this fixed! This has been reported by the parish council and individuals, no action from OCC!!!!
