State of shelter

The shelter is falling into disrepair. Very dirty. Full of leaves, cigarette buts and waste. Needs painting. Gable end is cracked. Metal decorative roof trim has been removed/vandalised. Especially noticeable during last six months.

  • Dear Sir/Madam

    Although the shelter on Upper Belgrave Rd/Top of Whiteladies still needs repairing and painting, the gentleman who cleaned the shelter today did an excellent and thorough job.

    Very pleasant too. Credit where it's due.

    There is graffiti on this historic wooden refuge at the top of Blackboy Hill . There is graffiti on at least 2 sides.
