Manhole cover on roundabout just in front of the 51:02 building.

Pothole rocking, when ever cars go over it makes a loud bang which is keeping residents awake through out the night, and provides me concerns it will tip up and severely damage a car/ cause injury.

The noise is getting progressively worse and feels like its going to break any day now. I also have a video of a car driving over it. This is incredibly dangerous!

It appears the manhole cover is becoming worse, it has now sunk 1-2 inches into the road, and is becoming more and more unstable. I am really concerned that cars are going to become damaged with potential injury.
