Cars parking causing obstruction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7108749.

Multiple Cars and vans parking at the entrance of a culdesac obstructing both the pavement and the road causing pedestrians and cars to enter oncoming traffic lane. Also obstructing junction view both ways of road culdesac joins on to. Multiple near miss accidents caused by the vehicles. Need yellow lines on this junction.
