Multiple cars parked on double yellow lines

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7108431.

Every sunday multiple cars park on double yellow lines through the village which were put in place to allow access for emergency vehicles. since the yellow line s were put in place we have never seen anyone enforce them so now the original issue has returned.
