Percy Road bin gets emptied by foxes

It appears that the bin next to the Percy road bus stop is getting emptied by foxes and left in the garden. The bin needs smaller holes to prevent foxes/animals from removing items

  • While the rubbish has been cleared from the private residence, the animals still remove rubbish daily. The bin needs smaller holes or just 2sided opening might also help
