Chicanes on Berry Hill Rd very poorly lit

I have just witnessed yet another accident where a car unfamiliar with the road has crashed through the two bollards on the left chicane. The lighting around both sets of chicanes (top of Berry Hill Rd and Milton Rd near Ball Colegrave) are extremely poorly lit and collisions between vehicles and bollards seem to be increasingly frequent.Both bollards on the left Berry Hill Rd chicane as you approach the A4260 are now smashed and need replacing.
