Warwickshire CC have a problem attending to road cleaning Tutle Hill, Nuneaton. They and Nuneaton BC have been contacted and still no one bothers to address issue. Maybe I should we should receive a partial refund of our council tax if they can't provide this basic service?

In fact the debris is now worse. The lorries that are exiting the Judkins Site on Midland Road/Tutle Hill are the cause of the mess. Debris, soil, hardcore and rocks are falling off the back of these lorries onto the road, which is causing serious problems for drivers and pedestrians
