Dog mess is constabtly appearing on the streets of prudhoe

There is dog mess everywhere at the moment - it's especially bad on the main street running through the town. I've also been seeing it around Cranbrook drive area where I live. Please do something to better enforce fines etc. The issue has been present for at least 3 months now.
