Speed bump damaged

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7103931.

Speed bump damaged by recent works in area and has a large gash in it. Cars driven over in correct manner has resulted in ripped tyres. Those who know are therefore driving down middle of Road to avoid
