The intercom panel for Patterson house

Reported via mobile in the Utlility covers category anonymously at 18:20, Friday 7 February 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7102716.

The main entrance to Patterson house on the methodist church side is inaccessible - all resident fobs do not work on the intercom panel and when ringing a flat and having a resident press enter from their house the door will still not open. Probably electrical fault with intercom panel this has led to many disgruntled couriers and stress for people with disabilities trying to get to the outside doorway in time. Fobs at times have been intermittent in the past but I can say with certainty over last few days the door just does not work at all which is a safety hazard.
