School time parking on St Margarets road/avenue

Most day's at school pickup time the streets are almost impassable. Large waggons or god forbid the fire brigade would have no chance of getting down the streets. As you can see from the photo they park on the foot path or grass verge. If a few parking finds where issued, the word would soon spread around the school gates. hopefully they would then walk to school or park more considerately.
