All the drains on the B430 are completely full of dirt and when it rains the water flows done Somerton Road & Church Road causing flooding further in the village (especially junction of Somerton & Church Rd which I reported before).All drains & road side gutters in our village have not been cleaned out for a many years

  • Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue at Station Road to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Caversfield is scheduled for gully emptying in the third of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
