Broken fence causing safety issue

The fence at the turning point on Henrietta Street desperately needs replacing. It has completely come down which is causing a safety issue for local residents. Not sure why the previous case (6884393) on this was closed when the council has taken no action. Please can you fix this as soon as possible.
