Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7098984.

This was reported on 24 September 2024 and no progress has been made. The collapsed grid is meaning our buses are sinking towards the kerb stone and causing damage to the vehicle. To avoid the kerb then means passengers risk falling or tripping on to the bus due to the gap required to be left between the step and the kerb. The next step is to withdraw services from this stop for the foreseeable future.
