Uneven road surface, tarmac failing

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7098404.

Large dip in road causing vehicles to bounce excessivly, road surface also breaking up. Dip has been here a long time but is getting worse, now causing my suspension to bottom out due to excessive bouncing.
