Path is extremely dangerous and disgustingly unclean

The path on Wilcote road should have never got this bad. Forgotten and if ored by the council the elderly residents have been left in danger. Children use this area and sanitary cc conditions are awful. It is starting to smell. A neighbour informed me while I was photographing it that if it doesn't move it is going to be shoveled down the drain next to it.
