Visual obstruction on shared path

The rail track adj to The Chocolate Path has been cleared of vegetation which is great, thank you.
The issue is that the arisings have been piled at the junction of the foot/cycle path that comes from under the road bridge so it obstructs the view of oncoming pedestrians and cyclists.
Please could this be moved to clear the sight line?
