Cars travelling more than 20 mph speed limit

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7095839.

I saw the vehicle reg Ea20 cpv a purple bmw speeding way over 20 mph and dangerously overtaking 2 moving vehicles on bushmead road travelling towards the traffic lights on old Bedford road. In the car there were other young men. 5 mins the vehicle returned travelling from the lights, again travelling at more than 20mph.

There are currently 12.20 other 2 grey cars racing after each other up the road travelling at more than 20 mph. Number plates are covered with dirt and unreadable. This a regular occurrence and I am not sure the enforcement camera is changing the drivers’ behaviour.
