Blocked drain

I keep reporting this and it keeps getting closed saying no action required. I tried poking the blockage under the grill and the drain is blocked solid to a depth of at least 18 inches. There's no way water will drain through this. The drain is opposite 52 Springfield Grove and by the yellow grit container.
