Serious drainage issue

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 09:46, Thursday 6 February 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7094421.

The section of road between the Cornwell Junction and Chastelton Junction has flooding issues in the wet. The water is on the inside of the corner, and hidden from view on approach (when heading NE towards the Greedy Goose). The water covers half the road, is full of road chippings due to poor surfacing jobs, and is at least 10 cm deep. This issue has been present for at least a year. It causes vehicles to drive on the wrong side of the road around a bend that does not have a good line of sight.

Council ref: ENQ251035031
