In Rectory Lane, Longworth, there are no bus stops between The Square and Frilford Farm. Parts of Church Lane and Rectory Lane are 600 metres' walk from the stops at The Square, and there is no safe walking route along Hinton Road to the stops at Frilford Farm.

Oxfordshire County Council restored a bus service to Longworth in September 2020. It subsidises route 63 with taxpayers' money. Before launching the service, the County Council should have reviewed its provision of bus stops throughout the route; and identified sites where it should provide new ones.
