Street lights out under flyover road bridge

The road street lights are out in sandy lane underneath the expressway flyover. there is a bus stop in the area and due to location area is pitch black for pedestrians and there is therefore a health and safety issue. FYI...1 problem may have started following recent roadworks involving escavation @ castner ave/sandy lane junction 10-20 yards away. 2 please ensure these lights are connected to lower street light circuit and not overhead expressway circuit which are cut off @ midnight.
