Dear Glasgow City Council,

Please can you, or whoever is in charge of getting rid of litter beside the banks of the River Clyde, please clear away the waste including some life raft rings (that are also found on the same side heading towards Central Station bridge), please get rid of the large amounts of litter that have accumulated there?
