5 trees still not pollarded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7093627.

I have asked repeatedly that the trees on Church Walk be pollarded/trimmed back over the last year. Work to pollard the trees on Shrivenham High Street and Church Walk was carrried out last week (27/1/25 - 31/1/25). However, there are 5 trees at the Church end of Church Walk that remain unpollarded. When will this job be completed?
